Double Walled Stainless Steel Modular Chimneys

The inner wall is made of AISI 316L quality stainless steel and the sheet metal thickness of the chimney varies according to the boiler features. 25mm or 50mm Rockwool Insulation is applied between the main flue gas modules and the outer wall, again according to the boiler features. The coating sheet for the outer wall can optionally be made of materials such as Galvanized - Aluminum - 430, 304 or 316 Quality Stainless Steel.

Self-Supporting Industrial Type Chimney Systems

Self-supporting chimneys are single or double-walled, ground-anchored chimney systems that are built without any support from a structure and stand on their own. Chimney projects are designed according to static calculations and bearing walls are manufactured. It is very important to consider physical and external factors in the construction and assembly process of industrial chimneys. Static analysis of chimneys should be done, earthquake effects, and wind loads that will affect the chimney should be calculated and designed.
