After steam is used within the facility, the condensate that is formed returns to the boiler room to be collected in a condensate tank for reuse. The tank maintains a specific level, and any missing water level is supplemented with mains water. If a degasser is present, the tank will pump the water to it; if not, the water is pumped directly to the steam boiler. The returned condensate is injected into the tank through a specially designed condensate distribution system, which ensures that it penetrates in a homogeneous and pulverized manner. This design minimizes flash steam.
